详情描述

Application Instructions: Debeyon 420 water-based thixotrope forms a three-dimensional network structure in the system, creating thixotropic fluidity, thereby preventing pigment settling and enhancing the film's resistance to sagging. This additive should be added before grinding; if added afterward, at least 1-1.5% of a solvent aid must be included. Debeyon 420 can also act as a dust inhibitor for water-based pigments, fillers, and matte concentrate pastes.

Recommended for anti-settling in aqueous pigment, filler, and matting agent concentrates. Suitable for controlling thixotropic flow behavior, depending on the specific system; or for enhancing anti-sag and leveling properties, depending on the specific dosage.

Features and Benefits: 1. Enhance anti-drip and leveling properties; prevent pigment sedimentation, improving the film's anti-drip resistance.

2. Adding the grinding material during the pigment stabilization stage ensures good dispersion, thereby achieving excellent construction performance reproducibility.

3. Upon addition to the paint system, the active substances of the additive distribute into fine crystals. The pseudo-plastic three-dimensional structure obtained is based on the formation of hydrogen bonds and also relies on the association with the binder. Therefore, its rheological properties depend on the type of binder and the solid content. Consequently, the additive improves the anti-settling and anti-run properties.
