Application Instructions: 161 dispersant is a high molecular weight block copolymer solution containing pigment affinity groups.


Physical Properties: Main Active Ingredient: 30%


Appearance: Light yellow liquid


Solvent: Butyl Acetate/PMA


Features and Benefits:


Uniform charge for different pigments, thus preventing potential coagulation due to differing charges.


2 Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, high luster and enhanced color strength can be achieved. It increases the transparency of transparent pigments and the opacity of opaque pigments.


3 Reduced viscosity, thus improving leveling properties, and can increase the pigment content.


Application Scope: Industrial Coatings, Automotive Touch-Up Paint, OEM Automotive Line Paint, Rolled Coatings, Wood Coatings, Architectural Coatings, Pigment Concentrates


Usage and Dosage: Pre-mix the resin and solvent components, then slowly add 161 and mix thoroughly, followed by adding the pigment.


Inorganic Pigments: 10% - 15%


Titanium Dioxide: 3%-6%


Organic Pigments: 30%-90%


Carbon Black: 60% - 120%


Packaging: 25KG steel drum
