Application Instructions: Debeyon 358N Leveling AgentPropionic AcidEster copolymers, used in solvent-based coatings and inks to prevent surface tension discrepancies from causing leveling issues and sink mark problems. They offer the following characteristics compared to traditional leveling agents:

Enhance leveling, eliminate pitting and orange peel, and improve luster and vibrancy.

2 Features anti-foaming, wetting pigments and base materials, and enhancing interlayer adhesion

3 Good compatibility with resins; will not cause cloudiness in varnishes and will not produce fog in the coloring system.

Application Fields: Debesi 358N leveling agent is widely used in various self-drying coatings, baking varnishes,Propionic acidPaint and solvent-based systems, as well as composite materials, including but not limited to the following application fields:

1. Coating for coil steel and cans

2-component polyurethane varnish, amino industrial baking varnish

3 UV-cured coatings, automotive coatings

4 Wetting of glass fiber and prevention of phase separation

Physical Properties: Active Ingredient: 40%

Appearance: Water-white, thick liquid

Usage and Dosage: Recommended to be added and mixed thoroughly in the late production stage. The suggested dosage is 0.5-1.5% of the total volume, depending on the intended use.
