Desiccant dryers, also known as "desiccant dryers" or abbreviated as "AD dryers," are widely used in the compressed air and drying industries.
The new-generation adsorption dryer combines the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption. It adsorbs (operates) at normal temperature and high steam partial pressure, and desorbs (regenerates) at higher temperatures and low steam partial pressure. This means that the moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent during the adsorption process is thoroughly removed during regeneration through the combined action of high-quality regeneration (drying air heating) thermal diffusion and low partial pressure mechanisms.
