However, in real life, inventors use magnifying glasses to study each scientific principle, utilizing it to contribute to humanity. Today, we're discussing ozone generators.

Complex in appearance, but not in essence, modern machinery is essentially composed of core components, core accessories, and accessories. The basic chemical principle of an ozone generator is to add an oxygen atom to the oxygen in the air through high-voltage charges, forming ozone molecules. This simple principle is not enough to make it functional; we need to add sensors, controllers, panels, transformers, protective valves, and more accessories that work together to achieve the task. Today, we are mainly discussing our core component: the discharger.

As the ozone generator begins operation, air from the oil-free air compressor is pressurized into the generator's cooler and storage tank. The air passes through a heatless regenerative desiccant dryer and is controlled for gas flow rate and speed by a flow meter, then enters the ozone generation unit. At this point, the pressure regulator within the ozone generation unit adjusts the transformer to reach approximately 12,000V, allowing operators to observe the ozone generation and glow discharge conditions through a viewing mirror. The transformer then gradually increases the pressure to around 15,000V and stabilizes it, with operators monitoring the gauges until they reach a stable state.
