High Strength Magnetic Rod

详情描述
Application Range:
Magnetic filtration rods (magnetic bars) are primarily used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from powders, granules, as well as liquids or pastes. They are widely applicable in industries such as ceramics, electricity, mining, plastics, tobacco, glass, chemicals, rubber, food, pigments, dyes, electronics, and metallurgy.
Operating Principle:
Magnetic rods are made from stainless steel pipes and high B-value rare earth neodymium iron boron alloys, produced through a special manufacturing process. They can be assembled on a mounting bracket to form a magnetic filter. As ferrous materials pass through, they are attracted by the magnetic rod, securely adhering to the rod's tube wall, ensuring the integrity of the equipment and safety of the product.
Product Features:
Installable at any location on the production line where materials come into contact, saving space and easy to install. The magnetic rod uses neodymium iron boron rare earth alloy as the magnetic source, offering strong magnetic force, simple structure, and a long service life. Specifications and styles can be customized according to the customer's requirements and the production site conditions.
Special Dot:
Standard cylindrical magnet rod diameter is 25mm (1 inch), length can be custom-processed according to customer requirements, up to 2500mm. Square or other shapes and sizes of magnet rods are also available.
2. Utilize 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel tubing, which can be polished to meet the special requirements of food and other industries.
3. Standard operating temperature ≤ 80°C, with special requirements, the operating temperature can reach up to 350°C.
4. Diverse end designs – pointed tips, threaded holes, bolts, etc.
5. Utilizing ferrite permanent magnets and rare earth permanent magnets of various brands, we can produce magnetic rods with different surface magnetic fields to meet diverse customer needs. The surface magnetic field of a D25mm magnetic rod can reach up to 13,000 GS.
