Fire-resistant coating performance requirements
Be particularly mindful of the following points when using fire-retardant bags in daily operations to avoid unnecessary losses:
Maintain Cleanliness on Site: Prior to construction, we rigorously clean the sealed-off area to ensure it is dust-free and free of oil stains, as both can impair the performance of fire-retardant packages. Additionally, during construction, the packages must be neatly arranged in a specific order and should not be discarded at will.
Seal Tightly: After arranging the fire-retardant bags neatly, ensure that the cable openings are sealed tightly. It is crucial to maintain a tight seal with no light or air leakage. No gaps should remain. Pay particular attention to inspections in the days following the construction; any anomalies should be immediately repaired.
Storage Conditions: If there are any unused fire-retardant packets remaining, they must be stored under suitable conditions, away from direct sunlight. Although fire-retardant packets offer excellent fire protection, the storage temperature should not exceed 100 degrees Celsius. If a fire-retardant packet has been exposed to rain, it should be placed in a dry, shaded area to air-dry and should not be baked.
