One, aluminum alloy plate materials can be categorized according to different patterns:
1. Standard Aluminum Alloy Patterned Plate: Patterned aluminum alloy sheet processed from 1060 aluminum plate, suitable for ordinary environments, and affordably priced. Commonly used in cold storage, flooring, and exterior packaging.
2. Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Patterned Sheets: Made primarily from 3003 aluminum, these sheets are also known as corrosion-resistant aluminum sheets. They offer slightly higher strength than standard aluminum alloy patterned sheets and possess some corrosion resistance. However, they do not match the hardness and corrosion resistance of 5000 series patterned sheets. Therefore, this product is suitable for applications where corrosion resistance is not strictly required, such as truck body panels and cold storage flooring.
3. Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Patterned Sheets: Made from 5052 or 5083 aluminum plates from the 5000 series, these sheets offer excellent corrosion resistance, hardness, and rust prevention. They are commonly used in specialized applications such as ship hulls, railway wagons, and damp environments. These aluminum sheets have high hardness and certain load-bearing capacity.
Section II: Divided according to different patterns of aluminum plate:
1. Five-rib aluminum alloy patterned sheet: Also known as willow leaf pattern aluminum sheet, this aluminum alloy patterned sheet boasts excellent anti-slip properties and is widely used in architectural (flooring) platform design. The pattern on the aluminum sheet surface is arranged in five raised and recessed ribs in relative parallel, with each pattern forming a 60-80-degree angle with the others, thus providing anti-slip functionality. Domestically, this type of aluminum sheet is commonly used for anti-slip purposes, offering good anti-slip performance at a competitive price.
2. Compass Aluminum Alloy Patterned Sheets: Anti-slip aluminum plate, provides the same effect as five ribs but is not commonly used.
3. Orange peel aluminum alloy plate patterns are categorized into: Classic Orange Peel Pattern Aluminum Plate, Variegated Orange Peel Pattern Aluminum Plate (also known as bug pattern). The surface features a texture resembling the peel of an orange, hence the name Orange Peel Pattern Aluminum Plate. It is commonly used in the series of patterned products for refrigerators, air conditioners, and packaging.
4.扁豆纹铝板 is a commonly used type of anti-slip aluminum plate, offering excellent anti-slip properties. It is primarily used for anti-slip applications in vehicle bodies, platforms, cold storage floors, workshop floors, and elevator surfaces.
5. Spherical pattern aluminum sheet, also known as semi-spherical pattern aluminum sheet, features a surface with numerous small spherical patterns, resembling tiny pearls. Thus, this type of aluminum sheet is also referred to as pearl pattern aluminum sheet. It is primarily used for external packaging. The appearance is quite attractive, and due to its unique pattern, the strength of this aluminum sheet is significantly higher than that of other patterned series.
6. Other aluminum plate patterns: wavy pattern materials, ripple pattern aluminum plate materials, corrugated pattern aluminum plate materials (also known as aluminum tiles), bamboo weave pattern aluminum plate materials, three-dimensional triangular pattern aluminum plate materials, strip pattern aluminum plate materials, pebble pattern aluminum plate materials, patterned aluminum plate materials, triangular strip pattern aluminum plate materials, butterfly pattern aluminum plate materials, etc.
7. Diamond aluminum alloy embossed sheet: Commonly used for packaging pipes or outer packaging.
