| Aluminum sulfate anodes undergo anodic processes in sulfuric acid electrolyte solutions, utilizing electrolysis to form an anodic oxide film on the surface of the aluminum anode, known as aluminum sulfate anodic oxide. Due to the low efficiency of sulfuric acid anodic oxidation, the poor corrosion resistance and low hardness of the poor oxide film, it is rarely used. It is widely applied domestically and internationally in direct current sulfuric acid anodic oxidation treatments. Compared to other acid anodic oxidations, it has significant advantages in production costs, features, and the performance of the oxide film: 1. Low production costs; 2. High transparency; 3. Good corrosion and wear resistance; 4. Easy to electrolytic coloration and chemical dyeing. |
