Scrap steel production lines (scrap steel crushing lines) typically include the following equipment:
• Heavy-duty metal shredder – Pre-crushed material
• Conveyor Belt – Material Conveyance
• Heavy-duty vertical scrap metal shredder – Shreds, cleans, and compacts metal materials
Conveyor Belt – Material Transfer
Central Dust Collection System – Dust Collection System

Magnetic separators and eddy current separators can be selected according to production requirements.
By selecting the appropriate model, we have integrated solutions that align with actual production needs. These solutions enable users to achieve high cost-performance with the steel scrap crushing machine or steel scrap production line (steel scrap crushing production line) while keeping their investment as controlled as possible.
Prior to shipment, all our equipment is tested under simulated real production conditions, using the materials that the customer needs to process for load testing and inspection. This ensures that the scrap steel production line (scrap steel crushing line) meets the customer's performance and output requirements. We sincerely invite our customers to visit the site for post-delivery testing and inspection, where we welcome any valuable feedback.
Scrap steel production lineThe scrap steel crushing production line is composed of heavy-duty shredders, vertical scrap steel crushers, conveying, and separating equipment. This scrap steel production line system is mainly used for the crushing and recycling of metal scraps, car bodies, aluminum castings, profiles, and other materials. The twin-shaft shredder pre-crushes the material, while the vertical scrap steel crusher performs secondary crushing and compacts it to 50-80mm, cleaning off any surface paint and dirt. After processing, the material has an appropriate pile density for direct transportation. Compared to traditional high-pressure electric metal crushing equipment, the scrap metal recycling and crushing production line offers significant advantages in terms of equipment investment and maintenance costs.
