The instructor first posed a question to all the trainees: "What are your goals and dreams? Guide them to express their dreams and the extent to which they have realized them in reality.
Then, the coach shared an observation experiment by a Harvard University professor with the students, explaining that students starting from the same point can achieve vastly different results based on their varying goals and efforts. To realize one's dreams one by one, besides perseverance and hard work, there's another key word..."Break Through Yourself." The purpose of never giving up on this project is to help everyone break through their limits and rediscover a brand new self.
The instructor explained the project rules to the trainees and posed two questions: one asking them to state how long they could last during the hand-wringing segment.
The hand-kneading project officially commenced. The event is in progress.5Minutes later, the music began to play. After much inner struggle, everyone realized that only by constantly pushing themselves can they accomplish the task and achieve the goal. Through the motivation of the external environment and the persistence of individuals within, the group completed...60The challenge of minutes.
