♦ Product Features: 1. The overhead track and fluid track come in O-shaped, L-shaped, U-shaped, and straight options, and can also be customized for various non-standard tracks.

♦Block: The block can move freely along the track. When the boom is loaded, the block secures the boom's position. The block's structure is compact and rational, reducing the turning radius for smooth and flexible movement. The block wheels are processed using a unique technique, incorporating high-tech nano materials, achieving noiseless, dust-free, and wear-resistant performance for the first time domestically. The block shape adjusts automatically to the track's curved shape, ensuring flexibility on circular tracks as well.
Installation Method:
1. First, determine the installation location for the infusion ceiling track, typically mounted centrally on the ceiling above the hospital bed. Be mindful to avoid light fans, and ensure the installation does not interfere with hoists or shadowless lights.
2. Measure the spacing of the track mounting holes for the purchased ceiling track shelving. Drill holes in the ceiling using a Φ8 hammer drill bit that are greater than 50mm deep. Insert Φ8 plastic expansion anchors (note that the plastic expansion anchors should be flush with the ceiling after insertion).
3. Insert the pulley into the track and secure the plastic end caps at both ends of the track using M4×10 self-tapping screws (for O-type track, there is no end cap; ensure the joints are flush and aligned to allow the pulley to slide freely within the track). Next, fasten the track to the ceiling with M4×30 flat-head self-tapping screws.
4. After installation, hang the吊杆 on the crane hook and check its operation and other performance.
