1. Prior to installation, inspect the product's factory-certified quality certificate. Using boards with maintenance cycles not yet reached can result in significant deformation post-installation, and the plastered surface is prone to cracking.
2. To facilitate construction, ALC panels should be arranged vertically. When laying panels, pay attention to adjusting the length of the panels at locations where the floor elevation changes. Do not arbitrarily shorten long panels.
To ensure the tightness of the board joints, water is first poured into the joints between adjacent boards before installation to moisten them, followed by the injection of a polymeric cement mortar to ensure the joints are tight, full, and without any gaps or leaks. The砂浆 on the diagonal edges of the board joints should be cleaned up promptly. The boards should not be subjected to vibration or γ-impact before the polymeric mortar in the joints has fully hardened. When drilling and sawing on the products, strict adherence to regulations is required, and only specific tools should be used, without any arbitrary cutting. When cutting slots on the products, it is not advisable to cut horizontally. If horizontal slots are necessary on walls, their length should be no more than 12 board widths, the depth should not exceed 20mm, and the width should not be more than 300mm.
5. Product installation positioning and adjustment: Position slowly and gently, using a wide-blade small pry bar to carefully move during adjustment; use a rubber mallet or add a wood block for gentle tapping, do not act blindly and recklessly; damage
6. After the ALC panel installation is completed, repairs are made to any chipped or broken edges, and grooved indentation areas using a specialized repair mortar. Before painting, the gaps between interior panels (especially at diagonal seam locations) are treated with a special jointing agent to minimize shrinkage and prevent cracking. When laying tiles, ensure that they are not directly flush with the edges to achieve a golden finish.
