The seams of the directly abutting board surfaces are sealed with alkali-resistant mesh, supplemented by crack-resistant mortar, effectively preventing local cracking caused by the shrinkage of the boards themselves.
(2) The sheet material features grooves on its surface, ensuring that the mesh does not exceed the level of the board, enhancing the flatness of the wall surface, and creating favorable conditions for plastering prevention.
(3) No need for priming; direct interior decoration effectively avoids the drawbacks of hollowing and cracking caused by priming.
(4) The sides of the canopy require careful design; concrete blocks should be pre-fabricated on the ALC interior wall panels in advance. When installing the canopy board, use expansion bolts to directly secure it onto the support plate.
(5) Install wiring boards according to the design positioning on the drawings, measure the verticality and flatness of the connectors used for installation, and handle, clean, and inspect the board seams.
(6) Based on the cross-sectional dimensions on the drawings and the wall length, customize the appropriate board size.
(7) Orientation and Line Placement: Technical staff determines the wall control lines and lays out the lines based on the engineering layout plan and the site's axis. They also mark the building height of each floor. After completion, the supervisory unit conducts inspections.
(8) Panel Installation: Manually stand up and move the panels to the installation location, temporarily secure the bottom end of the panels with wooden wedges, leaving a gap of 20 to 30 centimeters at the bottom, and at the top...
