Lime liquid tuning fork densimeter is an instrument for online density measurement of lime slurry for boiler desulfurization, gypsum slurry, ammonium sulfate solution, alkali solution, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate, and other liquid densities. The lime liquid tuning fork densimeter can directly display density values when measuring the density of lime slurry solutions with a large number of particles, and can be converted according to customer requirements. It is installed on the upper side of horizontal pipelines to prevent sedimentation.

The lime liquid tuning fork densimeter operates based on the vibration principle of its components, with the component part being the tuning fork immersed in the liquid being measured. The tuning fork part detects vibrations through a piezoelectric device fixed at one end of the fork body. The oscillation frequency is then detected by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed at the other end of the fork body, and the signal is amplified through the circuit at the top. The liquid density is closely related to the vibration frequency during the liquid flow, and the vibration frequency changes accordingly when the density of the liquid being measured varies.
