Firstly, when selecting a console manufacturer, it's crucial to understand their business philosophy, which is "To refine to perfection." Our console structures are all made using sheet metal processing, so the quality of the product ultimately depends on the quality of the raw materials.

For instance:
1. Check the steel plate's thickness by tapping it with your finger; it's an easy way to gauge its thinness. Additionally, the internal supports of the control console should be slightly thicker, as sometimes the equipment inside can be rather heavy, and thin supports might not be able to bear the weight.
2. The powder coating on the console surface of the sheet metal processing is top-notch; all steel in a good cabinet must be evenly coated. This ensures excellent rust and dust prevention.
3. Our stage surfaces are made from melamine fire-resistant board, utilizing seamless joints that are so tight not even an A4 sheet of paper can pass through.
Components inside the console are also crucial; it's ideal if the console includes a cable management module allowing cables to be directly secured in vertical mounting tracks. In any case, the console's upper and side walls should have ample fixed rings to protect the cables. Additionally, the bottom plate of the console can be elevated to facilitate cable routing below. Sufficient screws and nuts for securing the racks should also be provided to avoid complications from component shortages during future expansions.
