The bolt shaft raceway of the bolted roller bearing is quenched for hardness. The thick-walled outer ring of the roller has an arched outer surface to prevent force concentration. The outer ring features two integral flanges, guided axially by the rollers. The bolt shaft head and the press-fitted side flange provide axial support to the outer ring through the rollers. Bolted roller bearings (NUKR series) feature the full-cage double-row cylindrical roller structure of the basic bolted bearing design.
NUKR Series Basic Model Full complement double-row cylindrical roller structure NUKRE Series eccentric sleeve A full complement double row cylindrical roller structure with an eccentric sleeve on the bolt shaft.
