The station is suitable for power plant water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation and drainage, as well as for industrial and mining shipyards, urban construction, water supply projects, power plant water supply and drainage, and amusement park entertainment.

Features:

The motor driving the pump is a dry-type, fully enclosed submersible three-phase asynchronous motor, capable of long-term operation submerged in water.

◆ Our潜水 motors feature dual or triple mechanical seals (heavy alloy mechanical seals), F-grade insulation (withstanding temperatures up to 155ºC), and a protection rating of IP68 (IEC). In terms of hydraulic models, we have incorporated the advantages of similar products, utilizing a novel hydraulic power generation model with variable axial velocity and excellent anti-cavitation performance. Additionally, they are interchangeable with traditional pumps, facilitating user selection and operation.

◆ Bearings are of brand HAX (brand can be customized according to customer requirements, such as NSK/SKF, etc.)

◆Blades can be customized to fixed, semi-adjustable, or fully adjustable designs according to customer requirements. Materials can be selected based on customer preference, such as stainless steel.

◆ Our solution can construct pump stations in areas along rivers and lakes with significant fluctuations in water levels, eliminating the need for long shafts and intermediate bearings between the pumps.

The motor and pump are integrated into one unit, eliminating the need for time-consuming and labor-intensive assembly processes such as aligning the motor, transmission mechanism, and pump shafts on-site, making field installation convenient.

Due to their underwater operation, the construction of pump stations can be significantly simplified, reducing installation area and saving up to 30-40% on construction costs.

Low noise, absence of high temperatures within the pumping station, improved operating environment; can be constructed as an entirely underground pumping station upon request, preserving the ground-level environmental aesthetics.
