This machine is suitable for woven fabrics, such as cotton, polyester, and synthetic fibers, with widths of approximately 1800mm, and is used for checking defective fabrics (color variations, skipped needles, overlapping weaves, etc.), length and size verification, as well as for regular rolling.

Utilizing variable-frequency speed regulators and magnetic powder clutches, it achieves stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 80 m/min, fully demonstrating tension-free rolling. It allows for adjustable tension of the rolled material, ensuring that the cut pieces do not shrink during trimming.

Equipped with an infrared optical control device for even rolling of坯布, with edge deviation ≤ 5mm.

Utilizing the WHJS computer length controller from the Wuxi Huajian Electronic Instrument Research Institute, it can be configured to count meters or codes as per user requirements. It can also deduct the current count if a reverse operation is needed, ensuring accurate counting and length measurement (accuracy < 0.3%).

To ensure superior rolling effects for special fabrics (such as silk, crepe...etc. thin, irregular fabrics), this machine is equipped with a drive-type opening roller, enhancing the rolling quality.

The machine operates at a lighting voltage of 220V, a mechanical voltage of 380V, and a power rating of 2KW.

Configurable loose fabric device (i.e., foldable) as required.
