1. Concrete surface treatment for reinforced construction components

1) Remove any degraded concrete, such as spalling, loosening, honeycombing, and corrosion, from the surface of the reinforced components, exposing the concrete structural layer.

2) Reinforced components are ground smooth to remove surface slurry, oil, and other impurities, until the new concrete surface is fully exposed. 2) To repair concrete surfaces, use acetone to wipe away surface dust. For concave areas, use patching glue to level them; for sections with gaps or corners, apply a smooth curved surface.

3) The corner should be repaired with leveling material to form a smooth circular arc, with a radius not less than 20mm.

4) Use a scraper with a blade width of ≥100mm to fill and repair the dents, ensuring the leveling is smooth with no visible scraper or scraper marks as observed by the naked eye.

5) It is recommended to proceed with the next stage of construction as soon as the leveling material is dry to the touch.
