Do you know what functions a temperature reducer has? Join us as we explore its features below!
The temperature-reducing device is composed of a steam mixing pipe (with nozzles), a water feed regulating valve, a throttle valve, a stop valve, a check valve, a reducing water pipe, flanges, and standard parts. The structure features a Venturi tube combined with a diaphragm nozzle. Its characteristics include: no moving parts, excellent atomization of the reducing water, easy disassembly and assembly of the nozzles, and ease of maintenance. The newly designed adjustable nozzle temperature-reducing device optimizes the reduction of temperature. When the steam temperature control system sensor sends a signal to reduce the steam temperature, the actuator commands the movement of the valve core assembly of the adjustable nozzle, automatically altering the water outlet area to regulate the secondary outlet steam temperature. When the temperature reducer is not in use, the valve core automatically moves upwards to close the reducing water inlet. Its advantages are: 1) compact size, easy installation, capable of horizontal or vertical mounting. 2) good atomization, rapid vaporization. 3) precise control allows for a wide steam temperature adjustment range. 4) minimal water draining.
The above introduction details the functions of the temperature reducer; we hope it is helpful to you!
