High-inclination belt conveyorSignificantly reduces the conveying line length compared to conventional belt conveyors, minimizing land usage; reaches heights up to 200 meters; reduces energy consumption by 30% per unit weight of material compared to conventional belt conveyors; offers higher reliability than bucket elevators with lower maintenance costs; has a lifespan similar to that of conventional belt conveyors; operates under similar environmental conditions and handles material types comparable to conventional belt conveyors.

Structure: The wavy edge conveyor belt is composed of the base belt, wavy edge, and crossbar, which are connected to the base belt via secondary vulcanization.
(1) Base rubber conveyor belts with cotton canvas core, chemical fabric core, steel wire rope core, or with added transverse rigid layers.
(2) The wavy edge is divided into light (N), medium (S), and heavy (ES) types, with two shapes: S-shaped and W-shaped.
(3) The partition is made of fiber composite material, offering strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and excellent rigidity. It comes in models including T-type, TS-type, C-type, TC-type, and TCS-type.
For incline angles less than 40°, use T or TS type cross plates; for incline angles greater than 40°, use C, TC, or TCS type cross plates.

Drive Unit: The power section of the conveyor. Composed of a Y series motor, ZJ type shaft-mounted reducer, and wedge-type reversing brake.

Drive Rollers: They are the main components for power transmission, and the conveyor belt operates by friction between it and the drive roller. This series of drive rollers comes in two types: with a rubber surface and a smooth surface. The rubber surface rollers are designed to increase the adhesion between the roller and the conveyor belt.

Directional Drum: Used to change the direction of the conveyor belt's operation. Directional drums are applied to the lower surface (non-carrying surface) of the conveyor belt.

Pressure roller: Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, the pressure roller is used on the upper surface (loading surface) of the conveyor belt.

Rollers: Rollers are used to support the conveyor belt and the material on it, ensuring stable operation. This series includes two types: upper parallel rollers and lower flat rollers.
Tension roller: The tension roller supports the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the convex arc frame, resting on the empty edges on both sides of the edge conveyor belt. Several sets of tension rollers form an arc segment to redirect the conveyor belt. The tension roller is supported by an overhanging arm.

Vertical Rollers: Used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt, these rollers are mounted on the upper and lower transition frame structures. Each filtration section frame is equipped with four, two on each side.
Tambour cleaning device: Used to knock down material stuck on the back of the conveyor belt.

Tension device: Its functions include:
Ensure the conveyor belt has sufficient tension to prevent slippage between the belt and the drive roller.
2. Limit the sag between conveyor supports to ensure normal operation of the conveyor.

This series utilizes a spiral tensioning mechanism.
Rack, head funnel, head guard, chute, intermediate shelf, and intermediate shelf legs, etc.: Serve as supports, dust-proofing, and material guiding functions in the conveyor.
This series offers three types of midshelf support legs: low, Chinese-style, and high.
Lower and inclined sections are to be paired with low-style center shelf legs, while the upper and lower horizontal sections are to be matched with different center shelf legs based on the type of head shelf (low-style, Chinese-style, and high-style head shelf), specifically low-style, Chinese-style, and high-style center shelf legs, respectively.
Application Scope:
① Widely applicable in industries such as coal, grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, and light industry.
② Capable of conveying various bulk materials with a stacking density of 0.5-2.5 t/m³ within an environmental temperature range of -25 to 40°C.
③ The conveying angle reaches 90°, and the conveying material size is up to 550mm.
