High Inclination Belt ConveyorSignificantly reduces conveyor line length compared to conventional belt conveyors, minimizing land usage; achieves heights up to 200 meters; consumes 30% less energy per unit weight of material compared to conventional belt conveyors; offers higher reliability than bucket elevators with lower maintenance costs; has a lifespan comparable to conventional belt conveyors; operates under similar environmental conditions and handles material types as conventional belt conveyors.

Structure: The corrugated edge conveyor belt is composed of a base belt, corrugated edge, and crossbar. The corrugated edge and crossbar are bonded to the base belt through secondary vulcanization.
(1) Rubber conveyor belts with cotton canvas, chemical fabric, or steel wire rope cores, or those with added transverse rigid layers.
(2) The wavy edge is divided into light (N), medium (S), and heavy (ES) types, with two shapes: S-shaped and W-shaped.
(3) The partition is made of fiber composite material, featuring strong bearing capacity, shock resistance, and excellent rigidity. Available models include T, TS, C, TC, and TCS.
When the inclination angle of conveying is less than 40°, the transverse baffle should be selected as T-type or TS-type; when the inclination angle of conveying is greater than 40°, the transverse baffle should be selected as C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type.

Drive Unit: The power component of the conveyor. It consists of a Y-series motor, a ZJ-type mounted shaft reducer, and a wedge-type anti-reversing clutch.

Transmission Drum: The main component for power transmission, the conveyor belt operates by friction with the transmission drum. This series of drums features both rubber-coated and smooth surfaces, with the rubber-coated drums designed to enhance the adhesion between the drum and the conveyor belt.

Reversing Drum: Used to change the direction of the conveyor belt's operation. Reversing drums are used on the bottom surface (non-carrying side) of the conveyor belt.

Belt tensioner: Used to change the direction of the conveyor belt, the belt tensioner is applied to the upper surface (carrier surface) of the conveyor belt.

Rollers: Used to support conveyor belts and materials on them for stable operation. This series includes two types: upper parallel rollers and lower flat rollers.
Tension Rollers: Tension rollers are used to support the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the cambered frame, resting on the free edges of the side edge conveyor belts. Multiple sets of tension rollers form an arc segment to redirect the conveyor belt. The tension rollers are supported by an overhanging arm.

Vertical Rollers: Used to restrict the deviation of the conveyor belt, the vertical rollers are mounted on the upper and lower transition frame structures. Each filtration section frame is equipped with 4, with two on each level.
Tambour cleaning device: Used to strike the backside of the conveyor belt, shaking off material that is stuck to the belt.

Tension device: Its functions include:
Ensure the conveyor belt has sufficient tension to prevent slippage between the belt and the drive roller.
2. Limit the sag between the conveyor's supports to ensure smooth operation of the conveyor.

This series utilizes a spiral tensioning mechanism.
Rack, head funnel, head guard, material guide channel, intermediate shelf, intermediate shelf legs, etc.: These components respectively serve as supports, dust prevention, and material guidance in the conveyor.
This series offers three types of middle shelf legs: low, Chinese, and high.
Lower and inclined sections are to be paired with low-style intermediate shelf legs, while the upper and lower horizontal sections are to be matched with different intermediate shelf legs based on the type of head shelf (low-style, Chinese-style, and high-style head shelf), specifically low-style, Chinese-style, and high-style intermediate shelf legs, respectively.
Application Scope:
Can be widely used in industries such as coal, grain, construction materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, and light industry.
② Can transport various bulk materials with a stacking density of 0.5-2.5 t/m³ within an environmental temperature range of -25 to 40°C.
