High Inclination Belt ConveyorThe conveyor significantly reduces the conveying line length compared to conventional belt conveyors, minimizing land usage; it can reach heights of up to 200 meters; with a 30% reduction in energy consumption per unit weight of material compared to conventional belt conveyors; higher reliability than skip hoists with lower maintenance costs; the service life is basically equivalent to that of conventional belt conveyors; the operating environmental conditions and material types it adapts to are similar to those of conventional belt conveyors.

Structure: The corrugated edge conveyor belt is composed of the base belt, corrugated edge, and cross plates, which are bonded to the base belt via secondary vulcanization.
(1) Base conveyor belts with cotton duck core, chemical fabric core, steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belts, or those with an added transverse rigid layer.
(2) The wavy edge is divided into light (N), medium (S), and heavy (ES) types, with two shapes: S-shaped and W-shaped.
(3) The bulkheads are made of fiber composite materials, offering strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and excellent rigidity. The models available include T-type, TS-type, C-type, TC-type, and TCS-type.
For incline angles less than 40°, use T or TS type cross plates; for incline angles greater than 40°, use C, TC, or TCS type cross plates.

Drive Unit: The power component of the conveyor. It consists of a Y-series motor, a ZJ-type shaft-mounted reducer, and a wedge-type reverse stop.

Transmission Drum: The main component for power transmission, the conveyor belt operates through friction with the transmission drum. This series of transmission drums comes in both rubber-coated and smooth surfaces, with the rubber-coated drums designed to enhance the adhesion between the drum and the conveyor belt.

Re定向 Rollers: Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. Re定向 Rollers are used for the bottom surface (non-carrying surface) of the conveyor belt.

Belt tensioner: Used to alter the running direction of the conveyor belt; the belt tensioner is applied to the upper surface (load-bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.

Rollers: Rollers are used to support the conveyor belt and the material on it, ensuring stable operation. This series includes two types: upper parallel rollers and lower flat rollers.
Tension roller: The tension roller supports the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the convex arc frame, resting on the free edges of the side edge conveyor belt. Several sets of tension rollers form an arc segment to redirect the conveyor belt. The tension roller is supported by an overhanging arm.

Vertical Rollers: Used to restrict the deviation of the conveyor belt, installed on the upper and lower transition section frames. Each filtering section frame is equipped with 4, two on each upper and lower section.
Tambour cleaning device: Used to knock down material stuck on the back of the conveyor belt.

Tension device: Its functions include:
Ensure the conveyor belt has sufficient tension to prevent slippage between the belt and the drive roller.
2. Limit the sag between the conveyor's supports to ensure normal operation of the conveyor.

This series utilizes a spiral tensioning device.
Rack, head funnel, head guard, feed guide, intermediate shelf, and intermediate shelf legs: They serve as supports, dust prevention, and feed guiding functions respectively in the conveyor.
This series features three types of intermediate shelf legs: low, medium, and high.
Lower and inclined sections are to be paired with low-profile midshelf leg supports, while the upper and lower horizontal sections are to be matched with different midshelf leg supports depending on the type of headshelf (low-profile, Chinese-style, and high-profile headshelf), specifically low-profile, Chinese-style, and high-profile midshelf leg supports, respectively.
Application Range:
① Can be widely used in industries such as coal, grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, and light industry.
② Can transport various bulk materials with a stacking density of 0.5-2.5 t/m³ within an environmental temperature range of -25 to 40°C.
③ The conveying angle reaches 90°, and the conveying material size can be up to 550mm.
