High Inclination Belt ConveyorSignificantly reduces conveyor line length compared to conventional belt conveyors, minimizing land usage; lifting height can reach up to 200 meters; consumes 30% less energy per unit weight of material compared to conventional belt conveyors; higher reliability than bucket elevators with lower maintenance costs; service life is comparable to conventional belt conveyors; operates under similar environmental conditions and handles material types as conventional belt conveyors.

Structure: The corrugated edge conveyor belt is composed of the base belt, corrugated edge, and cross-bar. The corrugated edge and cross-bar are connected to the base belt through secondary vulcanization.
(1) Belted with cotton duck core, chemical fabric core, steel cord core rubber conveyor belt or conveyor belt with a lateral rigid layer.
(2) The wavy edge designs are categorized into Light (N), Medium (S), and Heavy (ES), with two types: S-shaped and W-shaped.
(3) The bulkheads are made of fiber composite materials, offering strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and good rigidity. The models include T-type, TS-type, C-type, TC-type, and TCS-type.
When the conveying angle is less than 40°, use T-type or TS-type cross plates; when the conveying angle is greater than 40°, use C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cross plates.

Drive Unit: The power section of the conveyor. It consists of a Y series motor, a ZJ type shaft-mounted reducer, and a wedge-type reverse stop.

Transmission Drum: The primary component for power transmission, the conveyor belt operates through friction with the transmission drum. This series of drums includes both rubber-coated and smooth surfaces; the rubber-coated drums are designed to enhance the adhesion between the drum and the conveyor belt.

Reversing Drum: Used to change the direction of the conveyor belt. The reversing drum is applied to the lower surface (non-carrying surface) of the conveyor belt.

Belt tensioner: Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt; the belt tensioner is applied to the upper surface (bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.

Rollers: Rollers are used to support the conveyor belt and the material on it, ensuring stable operation. This series includes two types: upper parallel rollers and lower flat rollers.
Conveyor Rollers: Conveyor rollers are used to support the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the crown section frame. They are mounted on the free edges of the side edge conveyor belt on both sides. Several sets of conveyor rollers form an arc segment to redirect the conveyor belt. Conveyor rollers are supported by cantilever arms.

Vertical Rollers: Used to restrict the deviation of the conveyor belt, installed on the upper and lower transition frame. Each filter section frame is equipped with 4, two on the upper and two on the lower sections.
Tambour cleaning device: Used to strike the backside of the conveyor belt, causing materials adhered to the belt to fall off.

Tension device: Its functions include:
Ensure the conveyor belt has sufficient tension to prevent slippage between the belt and the drive roller.
2. Limit the sag between the conveyor's supports to ensure proper operation of the conveyor.

This series features a spiral tensioning mechanism.
Rack, head funnel, head guard, material guide channel, intermediate shelf, and intermediate shelf legs: They respectively serve as supports, dust prevention, and material guidance in the conveyor.
This series offers three types of center shelf support legs: low, medium, and high.
Lower and inclined sections are only compatible with low-profile middle shelf legs, while the upper and lower horizontal sections are paired with different middle shelf legs depending on the type of head架 (low-profile, Chinese-style, and high-profile head架) - specifically, low-profile, Chinese-style, and high-profile middle shelf legs, respectively.
Application Range:
① Suitable for a wide range of industries including coal, grain, construction materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, and light industry.
② Capable of conveying various bulk materials with a stacking density of 0.5-2.5 t/m³ within an environmental temperature range of -25 to 40°C.
③ The conveying angle reaches 90°, and the conveyed material's size is up to 550mm.
