1 Cell Lithium Battery Charging Balance IC

1. Overview

HY2212 series chips, featuring built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, are suitable for single cells in multi-cell battery packs.

Level monitoring chip for ion battery charging balance control.

This chip is suitable for charging balance control of a single lithium-ion battery within a multi-cell battery pack.

 

2. Features

HY2212 Full Series IC features include:

High-precision voltage detection circuit

Overcharge detection voltage: 3.200~4.000V, accuracy ±25mV

Overcharge release voltage: 3.000~4.000V, accuracy ±35mV

Standby voltage detection: 2.70V, accuracy ±15%

Standby Release Voltage: 2.70V, Accuracy ±15%

(2) Overcharge delay time is set by the internal circuit (no external capacitors allowed)

(3) Low Current Consumption

Operating Mode Typical Value: 2.5μA, Maximum Value: 3.5μA (VDD=3.2V)

Standby Mode Max 0.5μA (VDD=2.0V)

(4) Wide operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C

3. Application
