Summary

HY2213 series chips, featuring built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, are suitable for single-cell lithium batteries in multi-cell battery packs.

Level monitoring chip for ion battery charging balance control.

This chip is suitable for balancing control of a single lithium-ion battery within a multi-cell battery pack.

 

2. Features

HY2213 Full Series IC features include:

High-precision voltage detection circuit

Overcharge detection voltage: 4.000~4.500V, accuracy ±25mV

Overcharge release voltage: 3.800~4.500V, accuracy ±35mV

Standby voltage detection: 2.70V, accuracy ±15%

Standby voltage release: 2.70V, accuracy ±15%

(2) All delay times are set by the internal circuit (no external capacitors allowed)

(3) Low current consumption

Operating Mode Typical Value 2.5μA, Maximum Value 3.5μA (VDD=3.9V)

Standby Mode Maximum 0.5μA (VDD=2.7V)

(4) Wide operating temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃

(5) Small Outline Package: SOT-23-6
