The HTL6034 is a protection chip specifically designed for 4-cell lithium or polymer batteries. It features high-precision voltage and current detection circuits, providing over-voltage (OV) protection, under-voltage (UV) protection, discharge overcurrent (DOC) protection, short-circuit (SC) protection, charge overcurrent (COC) protection, wire break detection and protection, over-temperature (OT) protection, and under-temperature (UT) protection.

The HTL6034 integrates a field-effect transistor drive circuit, capable of directly driving N-type charging tubes and N-type discharging tubes.

The HTL6034 consumes less than 33uA of current when in normal operation and less than 2uA when powered off. The HTL6034 is packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP.

Overcurrent detection voltage: -20mV, -100mV; Accuracy: ±10mV (at 25℃)

Overcharge release condition: Charger removal.

Overcurrent detection and protection function during n3 phase discharge

Overcurrent detection voltage: 1: 50mV, 100mV; Accuracy: ±10% (at 25°C)

Overcurrent detection voltage 2: 100mV, 250mV    Accuracy: ±20% (25°C)

Ø Short-circuit detection voltage: 200mV, 500mV    Accuracy: ±20% (at 25℃)

Adjust the discharge overcurrent 2 protection delay time by changing the size of the external capacitor.

Discharge overcurrent and short-circuit release conditions: Charger connected or load disconnected.
