1. Overview
HY2112 series IC, featuring built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, is designed for single-cell lithium-iron rechargeable batteries
Battery protection IC.
This IC is suitable for protecting a 1-cell lithium-iron rechargeable battery against overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.
2. Features
The HY2112 series ICs feature the following characteristics:
High-precision voltage detection circuit
Overcharge detection voltage: 3.600~4.000V, accuracy ±25mV
Overcharge release voltage: 3.400~4.000V, accuracy ±50mV
Over-discharge detection voltage: 1.80~2.20V, accuracy ±50mV
Over-discharge voltage release: 1.80~2.40V ±50mV accuracy
Overcurrent detection voltage (optional) Accuracy ±15mV
Overcurrent Detection Voltage (Optional)
Load Short-Circuit Detection Voltage 0.85V (fixed) ±300mV Accuracy
(2) All delay times are set by the internal circuit (no external capacitors required)
