According to calculations by Tianjin Cement Design Institute, each unit saves between 1.3 to 4 million yuan in civil engineering costs compared to traditional feeding equipment. These advancements fill several technical gaps in the domestic feeding equipment market and have now reached an internationally advanced level. Currently, the company is committed to developing and manufacturing 6,000 t/h heavy-duty plate feeders (the domestic feeding machine's conveying capacity currently reaches 3,500 t/h) and is preparing to reach a new milestone.
Company's Main Shareholder and Technical Advisor - Dai Chao Yuan, is the first designer of plate-type feeding equipment in China and the drafter of industry standards, with over 30 years of experience in the design and research of mining feeding equipment. He led the development and design of China's first plate-type feeder, phosphate board conveyor, and 3,500 tons/hour heavy-duty plate-type feeder. The bucket elevator series is based on the Japanese Sankyo technology, continuously improved over 20 years of practical use, featuring mature technology and a good reputation.
