
Basic Structure of the Equipment
1. The machine tool worktable structure features a full-support design (i.e., similar to the design of a machining center), with a fully enclosed protective cover. The machine casting body is cast using resin sand casting technology and has undergone two high-temperature annealing processes to ensure permanent dimensional stability and mechanical accuracy. The machine's moving parts are equipped with high-precision precision ball screws from Nanjing, along with V-shaped guideways, which guarantee high rigidity and precision under high load conditions.
2. The silk feeding mechanism features plastic guide rails for imported materials, a technology widely used on machining centers, which ensures silk feeding while reducing friction coefficients and enhancing the responsiveness of the spool movement.
3. Self-developed waterproof guide wheel components, with superior waterproof performance domestically, doubling the lifespan of the guide wheel bearings.
4. The conical machining unit can be flexibly selected, with options of ±3°/80mm or ±30°/80mm to meet the user's requirements.
5. In terms of the spool movement control, not only can it achieve 4-speed adjustments, but more importantly, the reversing function has significantly enhanced the working life and smooth operation of the spool motor.
6. The high-frequency power oscillator is the core of electroprocessing. Our company employs the U.S. large-scale integrated circuit frequency division technology to frequency divide and transform the crystal oscillator waveforms, ensuring that the surface finish and efficiency remain at a high level domestically. The high-frequency unit is controlled by a microcomputer with digital display, boasting high efficiency, low tungsten wire loss, and excellent stability!
7. Special-purpose high-frequency power supply units for processing non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, etc.).
8. Intelligent Control System: Users simply input the processing material, cutting thickness, and required roughness. The system automatically generates optimal processing parameters (including pulse width, pulse interval, power amplifier, processing voltage, processing current, tracking speed, wire feed speed, etc.) for automatic processing, resulting in higher surface finish and cutting efficiency for the system. The processing quality is nearly equivalent to the standard of economic low-speed wire-cutting machines.
9. Smart Control System, featuring built-in full Chinese graphic driver automatic programming. Users need not understand code; they simply set the processing process on the processing drawing to start machining. It also supports 3B codes and other processing codes generated by various software. The software can be directly embedded into AutoCAD, CAXA, CAM, DXF, and other versions of software, and real-time monitor the X, Y, U, V four-axis machining status.
