
Basic Structure of the Equipment
1. Castings are made from high-grade, low-phosphorus, low-sulfur cast iron; the bed, worktable slide, wire carriage slide, and frame pillars all undergo secondary artificial aging and natural aging, significantly reducing the machine tool deformation coefficient, ensuring structural stability and good precision retention.
2. The XY guide rail and wire feeding guide rail of the workbench use domestic linear guide rails (*optional Taiwan Yintai linear guide rails), while the taper guide rail is made of GCr15A bearing steel. After undergoing multiple rigorous heat treatment processes (forging, isothermal annealing, rough machining, quenching, low-temperature tempering, rough grinding, aging treatment, and fine grinding), the structure is stable. The quenching hardness ensures it is between HRC54~58, guaranteeing the precision and wear resistance of the guide rail.
3. The ball screw uses a high-precision double nut ball screw from a domestic brand (Changzhou or Beifang Qishan), featuring low friction, high precision, smooth motion, strong wear resistance, good precision retention, and a long service life.
4. The spool is made of seamless alloy steel tube and 40Cr quenched shaft, dynamic balance tested (unbalanced torque ≤ 0.5g.cm), hard chrome plated surface, assembled with double bearings on both sides, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and low跳动 (≤0.01mm).
