I. Product Application
This product is used for processing hard alloys and other hard conductive materials, as well as cutting complex medium to small metal parts and intricate small workpieces. It can complete different sizes and shapes of cutting, including cones, circular prisms, trapezoids, gears, and non-standard parts. It is widely applicable in the precision mold manufacturing industry, automotive, arms industry, aerospace industry, tractors, electromechanical, printing, textile machinery manufacturing, mold manufacturing, education, and other fields.
1. Machining casting parts are made of HT250 castings, with high-temperature annealing for enduring mechanical accuracy; resin sand castings feature high strength and smooth surfaces; excellent breathability, wear resistance, and vibration absorption.
2. The machine tool utilizes Taiwan Yintai linear guides and precision lead screws for both X and Y axes, ensuring high precision and stability.
3. The machine tool features a bidirectional automatic thread tensioning structure, eliminating the need for manual threading during prolonged operation. The specially designed gemstone guide wheel and wheel seat extend the service life.
4. The guide nozzle is equipped with an automatic lift and lower mechanism, which allows it to be brought as close as possible to the workpiece surface during processing. This prevents the wire from抖动(shaking) again during cutting, thus avoiding surface blemishes such as streaks and lines. It significantly enhances the precision and surface roughness of the processed surface, truly achieving a streak-free, high-efficiency processing.
