1. Be sure to first grab the electrode wire head from the wire cutting process, then follow the threading diagram in the manual for the middle wire cutting to thread the wire. However, it's crucial to wind the molybdenum wire on each guide wheel and conductive block according to the sequence in the manual until it reaches the spool. Additionally, pay close attention to the force of your hand while threading to prevent the wire cutting molybdenum wire from breaking.
2. Ensure that the molybdenum wire on the wire storage drum of the wire cutting machine is aligned horizontally with the auxiliary and tensioning guide wheels, as well as the main drive wheel of the medium-speed wire cutting. Otherwise, the molybdenum wire may break due to overlap during the wire cutting process of the wire cutting machine.
3. Ensure that the left and right travel rods of the wire-cutting machine are properly controlled during threading. This allows for a margin of 3 to 5 millimeters on both ends when the middle wire storage drum reverses direction during left and right travel.
