During the casting process, it is necessary to first bake the mold to remove moisture and prevent explosion splashes by raising the mold temperature. Baking can be carried out using a blowtorch or red iron blocks, and it also prepares the way for the drying of the paint.
The next steps involve cleaning the mold, advancing the asbestos pad, securing and locking the front cover, and placing the nozzle. Pour the paint into the mold using the paint tube, and once the paint dries into a shell, you can proceed with casting. However, be cautious as the paint tube may collide with the rotating front cover, leading to accidents. To ensure safety, start the machine's rotation while simultaneously extracting the paint tube.
After casting, to achieve a refined grain structure, it is appropriate to spray water for cooling, but attention must be paid to the control of temperature and time to avoid affecting the coating thickness.
