Valve Insulation Cover

Detachable valve insulation cover is an imitation structure of the valve, made by mold forming, with a smooth exterior.

Smooth, flat, and aesthetically pleasing, excellent thermal insulation, easy to disassemble and assemble, long service life, and can be reused multiple times.

Reutilization. The valve insulation housing features a Hafler-type flange edge flat counter structure, with peripheral flanges.

After mating, secure with bolts.

Valve thermal insulation shell outer casing is made of flame-retardant organic glass steel molding, featuring impact resistance and durability.

Features include aging resistance, oil and water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flame retardancy, etc.; the inner lining thermal insulation material is aluminum silicate fibers.

Barbed mats, for sizes DN100 and above, are fitted with stainless steel mesh for reinforcement.
