A bag dust collector is a dry dust filtration device. After a period of use, due to effects such as sieve filtration, collision, retention, diffusion, and electrostatic forces, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, which is called the initial layer. In subsequent operations, the initial layer becomes the main filtering layer of the filter material, enabling filter materials with larger pores to achieve high filtration efficiency through the initial layer's action. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase accordingly. When the pressure difference between both sides of the filter material is too great, it can squeeze some fine dust particles that have already attached to the filter material, thereby reducing the efficiency of the dust collector. Additionally, an excessively high resistance in the dust collector can significantly decrease the airflow in the dust removal system. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dust collector promptly once the resistance reaches a certain level. When cleaning, the initial layer must not be damaged to prevent a decrease in efficiency.

As the powder repeatedly adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer thickens continuously, and the resistance value of the fabric bag dust collector increases accordingly; the pulse valve diaphragm issues a command, the pulse valve opens when submerged from both sides, compressed air from the high-pressure air tank is released. If there is no dust or it is reduced to a certain extent, the mechanical cleaning operation will cease.
