Introduction

The single-cone vacuum dryer utilizes a stirring screw to rotate and lift the material, while simultaneously introducing a heat transfer medium such as hot water, thermal oil, or steam into the conical jacket. This causes the heated material to rise from all sides and fall from the center, rapidly and continuously reversing and flipping through the carrier gas, which promptly removes the moisture, achieving both drying and mixing of the material. Furthermore, there are no transmission mechanisms within the drum, fundamentally eliminating the issue of material contamination due to lubricant leakage. It operates reliably and stably, making it particularly suitable for the hygienic drying of powdered and granular materials with high sanitation requirements.


Operating Principle

       The single-cone vacuum dryer is primarily composed of components such as the drive system, motor reducer, frame, bearings, conical drum (with jacket), agitation screw, sampling valve, packing seal, etc. The equipment features a direct connection between the motor reducer and the agitation screw, utilizing variable frequency speed control with a speed range of 0-20 rpm. The screw and agitation shaft are welded in a specific mold, ensuring uniform spacing between the screw and drum wall for stable operation. Flexible graphite packing is used between the agitation shaft and the head, effectively preventing the entry of external impurities. Both the conical drum and the elliptical head are equipped with jackets, allowing the introduction of different types of heat mediums and withstanding certain pressure. While agitating and mixing, the material is heated, achieving the drying purpose with good drying effects and stable operation.


Product Features

       1. Large capacity loading, about double that of a vacuum rotary dryer of the same volume, meets the requirements for mass production.

       2. Large effective heat exchange area. Both the inner wall of the container and the propeller blades can conduct heat, totaling 140% of the container's internal surface area. Materials are螺旋提升 from the bottom to the top by the propeller blades and then move downward along the main axis in a whirlpool pattern. The materials remain uniformly dispersed and in motion throughout the entire drying process, ensuring even heating.

       3. Equipped with a gas-permeation device. This allows the infiltration of nitrogen, air, or other substances during the drying process, tailored to the specific characteristics and requirements of the material. For instance, nitrogen is blown into the material through pre-set pipes heated at the bottom valve, which can disrupt the balance between solid and gas phases, protect the material, alter the material's movement path, even out the material temperature, prevent combustion and explosion, and eliminate dead corners at the bottom. The gas-permeation device can be set for infiltration time and intervals, further enhancing the drying efficiency and effectiveness of the material.

       4. Unique vacuum channels. The machine features two vacuum channels, namely the wet material vacuum port and the vacuum port for the installation of a collection device, effectively reducing the drying time and minimizing the risk of vacuum blockage.

       5. Gentle stirring to effectively protect crystal shape. Multiple crushing blades are installed on the stirrer shaft, allowing for simultaneous drying and crushing, thus eliminating the need for pre-processing of materials before drying.
