Working Principle
The flat die granulator operates based on the mechanical circular motion, powered by an electric motor. Under the action of friction, the roller rotates autonomously, generating heat between the roller and the granules. The powdered material is then extruded from the mold holes through the roller's compression after being thickened at high temperatures. The formed granules are discharged outside the machine via a thrower, with the particle length controlled by a cutting blade.
