Compared to conventional electric and far-infrared heating, it saves up to 2-3 times more energy. Additionally, the heating efficiency is increased by 3-5 times.

Even Heat Distribution Enhances Product Quality Microwave energy penetrates through the material to the inside, generating heat simultaneously on both the surface and inside, thus avoiding the phenomenon of exterior burning and interior rawness. As the surface moisture of the material evaporates continuously, the surface temperature will be slightly lower than the inner temperature. The temperature gradient forms from the inside towards the outside, aligning with the direction of steam pressure migration and heat transfer during the heating process. According to material drying theory, this heating condition is beneficial for material drying.
