LTAPE Evaporator
1、Definition:
The LTAPE evaporator isLow-Temperature, Low-Pressure Evaporator AbbreviationLow Temperature Atmospheric Pressure EvaporatorA new concept evaporator made of plastic material, powered by a refrigerant heat pump and operating under atmospheric pressure.
2、Working Principle:
The LTAPE evaporator's primary energy source is a refrigerant heat pump unit, which provides a heat source of 50~60℃ and a cold source of 15~20℃. During evaporation, the heat source heats and atomizes the waste acid to produce acid vapor. The acid vapor is then transported by air to the condenser, where it is condensed into a condensate using the cold source, achieving the purpose of evaporation separation. The entire process is carried out under atmospheric pressure.
3、Application Fields
① Concentration of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid
② Recycling, purification, and concentration of volatile acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and oxalic acid;
③ Evaporation of other volatile and non-volatile acids;
④ Separation of salts from waste acid.
⑤ Evaporation treatment for ordinary wastewater.
4、Features of LTAPE Evaporators
① Evaporator body, pump, pipeline valves, etc., all are for export.PPH, FRP, PTFE, and other organic materials offer excellent corrosion resistance, preventing both internal and external corrosion of equipment due to acidic liquids and fumes.
② Operating at atmospheric pressure and low temperatures ensures greater stability in pump operation and a safer working process.And conventional graphite evaporators, enameled kettle evaporators are allOperating at 100℃ fails to address the sealing issues caused by thermal expansion and contraction, leading to equipment often being corroded and damaged by acidic vapor leakage from the outside.
③ Our unique heat exchanger and energy-saving device structure design, along with material selection, enable the evaporator to withstand prolonged corrosion from high concentrations of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid. It can process almost all waste acids; utilizing the refrigerant heat pump technology, the overall energy efficiency ratio using electricity can reach6.5~7.0, low energy consumption. Operating cost is 180~320 yuan/ton for recycled acid.
④ The refrigerant heat pump uses secondary heat exchange, does not come into contact with acidic liquids, and has a lifespan of over twenty years.
⑤ Unique real-time crystalline salt separation technology allows for simultaneous evaporation and separation.
