1、Definition:

2、Operating Principle:
The LTAPE evaporator is powered by one main refrigerant heat pump unit, capable of providing a heat source at 50~60℃ and a cold source at 15~20℃. During evaporation, the heat source heats and atomizes the waste acid, producing acid vapor. The acid vapor is then transported by wind to the condenser, where it is condensed back into a liquid using the cold source, achieving the goal of evaporation separation. The entire process is carried out under atmospheric pressure.
3、Application Areas
① Concentrated phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid.
② Recycling, purification, and concentration of volatile acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and oxalic acid;
③ Evaporation of other volatile and non-volatile acids;
④ Separation of salts from waste acid.
⑤ Evaporation treatment of ordinary wastewater.
4、Features of LTAPE Evaporator
① Evaporator body, pump, pipeline valves, etc., are all forPPH, FRP, PTFE, and other organic materials offer excellent corrosion resistance, preventing internal and external, as well as external and internal corrosion from acidic liquids and fogs.
② Operation under atmospheric pressure and low temperature ensures greater stability in the pump's performance and a safer working process.And conventional graphite evaporators, enamel kettle evaporators are both available.Operating at 100℃ fails to address the sealing issues caused by thermal expansion and contraction, leading to equipment often being corroded and damaged by acidic gases leaking from the outside.
③ Our unique heat exchanger and energy-saving device structure design, along with material selection, enables the evaporator to withstand the corrosion of concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid for extended periods. It can handle nearly all waste acids; utilizing refrigerant heat pump technology, the overall energy efficiency ratio using electricity can reach, 6.5~7.0, low energy consumption. Operating cost is 180~320 yuan per ton of recycled acid.
④ The refrigerant heat pump utilizes secondary heat exchange, does not come into contact with acidic liquids, and has a lifespan of over twenty years.
