Operating Principle
The vibratory fluidized bed dryer operates by feeding materials into the machine through the inlet, where they are tossed forward in a fluidized bed due to vibration. The materials continuously move forward horizontally. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet material, and the moist air is then cleaned by a cyclone separator before being exhausted at a ratio of 1:3. The dried material is discharged through the outlet.

Material compatibility
Dry and cool powdery and granular materials suitable for industries such as chemicals, food, dehydrated vegetables, grains, and minerals. Examples include citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, dried lily bulbs, silk, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, and sugar.

The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, offering smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, and a long lifespan.
Flow evenness, without dead spaces and blow-through, ensures uniform drying and cooling of the products.
Adjustable and versatile, with infinite adjustment capabilities for material layer thickness, movement speed within the machine, and full amplitude changes.
Minimal damage to material surface. Suitable for drying fragile materials; works effectively even with irregular particle sizes.
The structure is fully enclosed, effectively preventing cross-contamination between materials and air, ensuring a clean working environment.
High mechanical and thermal efficiency, excellent energy-saving effect, up to 30-60% more energy-efficient than general drying equipment.
