Bags woven from various materials are available, such as regular woven bags, snake-skin woven bags, corn woven bags, and color-printed woven bags. Printed woven bags are not only aesthetically pleasing but also serve as a certain form of advertising, making them quite popular. However, there are instances when some customers may experience fading on the woven bags they use, which can be quite frustrating. They might suspect that the fading is due to poor printing quality of the bags they purchased. In reality, there can be many reasons for the fading of woven bag prints. Below, we list some of them.
Possible causes on the manufacturer's side: The fading of color-printed woven bags is generally due to the incomplete treatment of the surface corona, excessive temperature and humidity in the printing workshop, and a significant difference in the solvency of hydrogen bonds between the ink system and the woven bag substrate, which can lead to unstable surface printing on the woven bags and easy fading of the pattern ink. These are the common reasons. Therefore, during the production process of woven bags, we need to control the relative humidity of the workshop as much as possible, but not too low, otherwise static electricity is easily generated.
Next, here are the issues our clients should be aware of when storing our woven bags.
When storing, it is best to avoid squeezing or stacking items on top of each other. Keep away from contact with chemicals such as acids, alcohol, and gasoline to maintain its flexibility and original color over time.
