A sand dredger is a type of sand挖掘 machinery, commonly known as the "Sand King," which is a tool used for sand and gravel extraction, typically employed for mobile operations. The buoyant body features a modular box-like structure. It is equipped with excavation, screening, lifting, and conveying devices. The loader is powered by the driving mechanism, where stones are conveyed through the screening process onto the conveyor belt, while sand is transported to the designated location via the conveyor belt.
The large river channel sand mining vessels are highly mechanized and automated, with a single sand dredger capable of functioning as a production unit, enabling the entire process of sand mining and separation of sand and gravel.
Features:
Workload: 60. For operations far from the shore, conveyer belts, auxiliary transport ships, or high-head sand pumps (approximately 100 meters) can be utilized. Our developed and produced large double-row bucket sand excavation equipment (with a digging depth of up to 30 meters) and an integrated whole-set equipment for long-distance waterborne transportation and screening can double production output. This equipment can simultaneously complete sand mining, screening, and separation processes, producing qualified products in one go. It is particularly suitable for river channels, ponds, and abandoned sand pits with wide water surfaces and abundant underwater sand resources. This product boasts low costs, high work efficiency, ease of operation, and is at the forefront of its domestic industry.
Volume: 50; Types: Shore dredging vessels, Inland dredging vessels.
Drilling dredges: Mechanical vessels that extract sand resources from rivers, lakes, and reservoirs.
Workload: 60-250 m³/hour. Power: Diesel engine or generator set.
