Glass greenhouses refer to greenhouses that use glass as light-transmitting materials, a type of greenhouse tunnel. They are a form of cultivation facility with a long service life and are suitable for use in various regions and under various climatic conditions. The industry categorizes them into different construction models based on span and bay dimensions, and further divides them into various uses such as vegetable, flower, seedling, research, vertical, irregular, leisure, and smart glass greenhouses, among others. The area and usage can be adjusted by the greenhouse owner, with some models designed for courtyard leisure use, featuring heights of over 10 meters, spans of up to 16 meters, and bays of up to 10 meters, with smart control capabilities down to a single-button operation. Winter heating for glass greenhouses can employ various heating methods, with energy consumption costs being moderate, generally acceptable to most users.
