详情描述
1. The chemical composition of calcium potassium phosphate is mainly composed of silicon dioxide (SiO₂), calcium oxide (CaO),Diphosphorus PentoxideComposed of ingredients such as (P₂O₅) and potassium oxide (K₂O), with the chemical formula KCaPSiO₆. The proportions can be adjusted to meet requirements. For instance, in polishing cream, this component constitutes 2.5-7.5% of the mixture, working synergistically with other ingredients (such as silica, amino acid surfactants).
2. Structure and Properties: Calcium Orthophosphate is commonly a white or colorless powder solid with high chemical stability and biocompatibility. Upon contact with water or saliva, it undergoes hydrolysis, releasing calcium ions,Phosphoric AcidRoot ions and potassium ions, among other active groups, are a type of hydratable amorphous active material. Particle size ranges from micrometers to nanometers. The powders prepared by the sol-gel method have a larger specific surface area and higher reactivity. The porous surface structure enhances contact with saliva or body fluids, accelerating ion release and mineralization reactions.
Hydrolysis Reaction: Upon contact with liquid, this material can rapidly undergo a series of hydrolysis reactions on its surface. Potassium ions (K⁺) and calcium ions (Ca²⁺) can quickly undergo ion exchange with the H⁺ or H₃O⁺ in the water, simultaneously hydrolyzing outPhosphoric AcidPhosphate ions (PO₄³⁻) and silanol groups (SiOH) until the various ions in the liquid reach saturation.
Alkaline environment: After hydrolysis, it forms an alkaline environment (pH 7-8), which can destroy the survival conditions of bacteria while avoiding irritation to the oral mucosa.
