Product Features
Universal standardized touch screen input method, allowing simultaneous touch screen data entry while observing icons on the screen, operation is simple.
In the CA-iQ series, the automatic data creation feature is first mounted on a flat grinder. After entering the total stock allowance and fine grinding allowance, inputting the abrasive grain size will automatically generate suitable grinding and dressing conditions.
The machine features a fully supported T-shaped frame construction, with excellent linear left and right V-V guide surfaces. It employs a pillar design suitable for large workpiece processing, and the use of dual hydraulic cylinders significantly increases the machine's load-bearing capacity. Even during the entire movement of the worktable, stable processing is achievable as the workpiece does not hang.
Can accommodate flat grinding, groove shaping, contour processing, and forming grinding, among various machining methods.
If the upper sanding device method is used, compared to the traditional table sanding method and combined with rough and fine processing techniques, it further shortens the processing time.
If a static pressure customized design is used, it can meet the processing requirements for mirror polishing.
