4-axis linear motor drive

The XYUV 4-axis employs a high-performance linear motor developed and manufactured in-house, establishing a direct drive method without the need for ball screws.
Maintaining half a tooth gap-free and accurate shaft movement is something that traditional driving methods (ball screw method) simply cannot achieve. The characteristics of linear motors, with high responsiveness and high tracking, will demonstrate excellent discharge properties when precise positioning and processing are applied.

New power unit and newly processed circuit

Equipped with a 19-inch horizontal touch screen, leveraging the new human-machine interface, offering enhanced clarity and convenience.
Additionally, it comes standard with features like the "Non-Wobble Control II" for significantly reducing the amount of waviness during processing, the "TMP Control II" for reducing surface roughness during secondary processing and increasing semi-finished processing speed.

Enhance operability and production efficiency

Standard ceramic workpiece bracket, letter-shaped mold base, automatic three-side up and down processing tank, Z-axis servo and automatic liquid level adjustment function enhance operability.
Additionally, the high-speed automatic threading device (FJ-AWT) and intermediate liquid level control feature allow for high-precision processing without manual operation, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
