4-axis linear motor drive

The XYUV features self-developed high-performance linear motors, establishing a direct drive method without ball screw.
Maintaining a semi-permanent, gap-free, and precise shaft movement is something that traditional drive methods (ball screw methods) simply cannot achieve. The features of linear motors include high responsiveness and high tracking capabilities. When positioned and processed correctly, they excel in their discharge characteristics.

New power unit and newly processed circuit

Equipped with a 19-inch horizontal touch screen, leveraging the new human-machine interface, offering enhanced clarity and convenience.
Additionally, it includes standard features such as the "Non-Wavy Control II" to significantly reduce waviness during processing, the "TMP Control II" to decrease surface roughness during secondary processing and increase semi-finishing speed.

Enhance operability and production efficiency

Standard ceramic workpiece bracket, mouth-shaped mold base, automatic three-side up and down processing tank, Z-axis following motion with automatic liquid level adjustment feature, enhancing operability.
Additionally, the high-speed automatic threading device (FJ-AWT) and intermediate liquid level control feature can achieve high-precision processing and improve production efficiency with unattended operation.
